Three Wilford Road

consultation Event

Jensco (Wilford Road) Limited are presenting their proposal for the redevelopment of Three Wilford Road, Nottingham to provide new, purpose-built student accommodation with integral facilities and outdoor public and private amenity spaces, prior to submitting a detailed planning application to Nottingham City Council.

Further details of the scheme can be found in the Exhibition Gallery.

The proposal seeks to ensure the provision of much needed student accommodation and support the regeneration of the Meadows and Southside through the creation of a high-quality landmark building. The building has been carefully designed in collaboration with Nottingham City Council to balance the specific needs of users, site context and planning policy requirements.

We would like to receive your feedback on the proposals to ensure local needs and desires are met, insofar as possible.
