Consultation for Proposed Replacement School
Pheasey Park Farm Primary School and Early Years Centre, in partnership with the Department for Education, is planning a replacement school. The proposals would provide modern, high-quality teaching and learning facilities for pupils and staff, but would not increase pupil numbers.

Kier Construction, working with Pheasey Park Farm Primary School and Early Years Centre and the Department for Education, intends to submit a planning application for the proposals in August 2026. Once submitted, Walsall Council will formally consult on the application. The application will include detailed plans for the proposal, accompanied by technical reports covering matters such as design, transport, ecology, drainage, trees, construction phasing and site logistics.
